Policies and Features

Make A Reservation :

We encourage you to make reservations as soon as possible because we book hotel reservations and attraction tickets months in advance. If you decide you would like to go on a tour after the deposit or final payment date, please call us. We will make every effort to get you on your desired tour.

Deposit and Final Payments :

Deposit amount and due date are in each tour brochure. Your final payment and its due date are also in each tour brochure. We accept all major credit cards.

Pick Up Points :

Scheduled pick-ups are in Texarkana, Hope, Prescott, Caddo Valley (Arkadelphia), Malvern, Benton, and Little Rock. There are trips that will originate in El Dorado, and we note those in the tour description. We also do pick-ups in other cities when the tour route travels through that city. Neither the pick-up locations nor Francis Custom Tours will be responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle while parked at these pick-up locations.

Night Before Lodging :

Francis Custom Tours will pay for lodging the night before a tour leaves, at a hotel at one of the designated pick-ups locations. The lodging is subject to these two conditions.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Insurance :

Should you have to cancel your tour before the final payment date, we will gladly refund all funds other than those designated non-refundable. (Tours involving cruises and airlines differ.) Tickets to a special event are NON-REFUNDABLE. Should a cancellation occur after a final payment date, Francis Custom Tours reserves the right to deduct from the refund any forfeited deposits plus any out-of-pocket expenses. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, you can purchased it for ANY trip! A basic medical policy or an enhanced medical policy (Which covers pre-existing medical conditions) are available. If you have pre-existing medical conditions, you must purchase the enhanced medical policy at the time of your deposit. A basic medical insurance policy is available at any time.

Travelers Needing Special Assistance :

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Francis Custom Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. Persons requiring individual assistance MUST HAVE A COMPANION who is capable of, and entirely responsible for providing the necessary assistance needed. Neither Francis Custom Tours nor its Motorcoach drivers may physically lift or assist clients onto transportations vehicles.

Comfortable Travel with Frequent Stops :

Our deluxe Motorcoach has reclining seats, a restroom and air conditioning. We plan rest stops at around two-hour intervals.

No Smocking :

(including e-cigarettes) or Liquor allowed on the Motorcoach. Frequent stops afford the opportunity to smoke.

Luggage Handling :

We provided Motorcoach luggage handling for ONE bag per client (weight not over 50 pounds) on tours of five days or more (exceptions apply). There may be instances where a hotel does not offer luggage handling, you will be responsible for handling your luggage. Please observe our weight limit, overweight bags can cause physical injury to hotel and Francis Custom Tours staff.

Itinerary Changes :

Because we make bookings so far in advance, we reserve the right to vary itineraries or substitute attractions of equal or better value.

Airlines Seating :

We cannot guarantee your request for group flight seating.
